• Grilling: Brats should be grilled over medium low heat for approximately 20 minutes, turning often so every side has a chance to crisp up.
• Air fryer: To cook preheat fryer to 350 degrees and cook for approximately 12 minutes, turning once half way through.
• Boil: To boil brats, place in saucepan and cover with liquid. Bring to a boil for 10-12 minutes, drain liquid and then grill or fry to crisp up before serving.
