Become a beef share CSA member at Share the Harvest Farm, a beautiful seven acre farm in East Hampton. Share the Harvest Farm was founded on the belief that everyone is entitled to fresh, nutritious food. Share the Harvest Farm grows and donates thousands of pounds of fresh, highly nutritious vegetables and herbs to local organizations feeding hundreds of children, seniors, and disabled people in throughout the community.

Share the Harvest Farm's mission is to grow high-quality produce for donation to local food pantries and other organizations, to increase access for all to healthy products, and to raise awareness about food insecurity on Long Island's East End.

Share the Harvest Farm is now offering Acabonac Farms 100% grass-fed, local pasture finished beef as an add-on to its existing CSA. 

The Share the Harvest beef share includes two seasonal pick ups of:

  • 5 lbs premium ground beef
  • 5 lbs artisan burger patties

The cost of Share the Harvest beef share is $119 for the season. Shares can be picked up during normal CSA distribution hours at the Share the Harvest Farm (55 Long Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937) on the following dates:

  • Friday, June 1st
  • Friday, August 3rd

Share the Harvest beef shares can be purchased through the Share the Harvest Farm CSA. In order to purchase the Share the Harvest Farm beef share, you must be a Share the Harvest Farm CSA member!

We are proud to use eco-friendly packaging.

Our grass fed beef is shipped in an insulated mylar shopping bag on your first order. It is delivered to your door perfectly frozen using a combination of dry ice, non-toxic gel ice packs and a green cell foam insulated cooler. All of this is carefully packaged in a sturdy box made from recycled cardboard.

Once it has been taken out of the plastic casing, the corn starch based green cell foam insulation can be composted or dissolved in water.
