Our meatball mix is naturally flavorful and well-balanced, so it cooks up tender and juicy with minimal effort. Because it contains both beef and pork, gentle heat helps render the fat evenly while keeping the meatballs moist.

Tips for Best Results:

  • Don’t overwork the meat. Gently shape meatballs to keep them tender
  • Use moderate heat. Medium heat prevents the outside from browning too fast before the inside cooks through
  • Brown first, then finish. Sear meatballs until golden, then finish in sauce or the oven for even cooking
  • Oven option: Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, turning once, for hands-off cooking
  • Simmering in sauce: Brown lightly, then finish cooking directly in sauce to lock in moisture and flavor
  • Target doneness: Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F
